This Low Profile LED High Bay from Commercial Electric produces 15000 Lumens of light and has a Time Adjustable Motion Sensor with up to a 40 ft. detection range. This sensor can be set to 10-minute, 20-minute or 30-minute intervals and will shut off the fixture when no motion is detected. 60,000-hours of life ensures maintenance free lighting once it is installed. This is the perfect fixture to replace a 400-Watt Metal Halide or 6-light T8 fixture and reduce energy costs giving you a return on your investment.
